Marketplace Shipping
Puffed Club features products from multiple sellers.
As a result:
- Items in the same order may ship separately
- Shipping times may vary by product or seller
- Multiple tracking numbers may be provided
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Puffed Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Puffed Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Puffedclub.info@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
